Dear BirthGiver

Dear BirthGiver,
Thank you for bringing me into this life. You concepting me on that March day changed both of our lives together. I do apologize for you having to go through those nine months of harboring me in your thin but sturdy body. Those 16 extraneous hours of your dilation (while father was getting acquainted with your nurse in the Janitor's closet), but I do hope it was worth it. I know I haven't been the best child, and compared to my older sibling, not even near. But do know that I love you, Dear BirthGiver, more than I could love any other in my current life. And as long as you shall live you will always be my mother. And as long as you shall be my mother, I shall make you proud.
